We r blaming others for political corruptions, bribe (Lanjam), ravudisam etc.. Now we have developed in technology like camera phone, mini digital cameras, pen with camera etc.. We can take pictures, videos, when we see some one getting bribe (Lanjam) like police, traffic police, RTO, etc.. During that time we can take video,picture and send it to higher authority of that department or else send it to news channels,news papers,magazines etc..
So don't blame others and don't wait for others. First u do next all can do that

Note: we can use hidden camera software for mobile‘s in which the video image on screen during recording time is hidden.
And also one thing, don't waste technology for bad things
